Cancellation Policy

If you order a Crawl Score package, you have the right to cancel your order up to 28 days following payment of your order by contacting Crawl Score provided that elements of the service have not already been delivered.

If the service has not been delivered, we will cancel the order and we will refund payment in accordance with our refund policy.

If elements of the service have already been completely delivered at the point of cancellation, refunds may be made for outstanding elements of the service at the discretion of Crawl Score.
